This month, we would like to reflect upon the many freedoms that we all enjoy. For those of you in America, we will soon be celebrating these freedoms on Independence Day. Whether you live in America or not, this is a great time to stop and think about all that we have.
For example, the knowledge, information, and actions you are taking today are helping you create a life of financial freedom for you and your family. You are creating a financial freedom that most do not and never will enjoy. Take a moment to congratulate yourself for taking this action in your life. You are among the few that have dedicated their time and resources to obtaining these freedoms.
As you observe others on Independence Day, you will surely see families gathered together in celebration. Holidays are a great time to forget about the current state of the economy, or your business, and take time to enjoy what you have.
You have probably noticed that most people come home from work and take the rest of the day off. Many come home and spend the rest of the evening attending sporting events or leisure activities, or just watching television. This is probably much different from your schedule.
If you are like most of our dedicated students, when you get home in the evening your work is just beginning. That may be the time you dedicate to working with your coach, completing your homework assignments, or working on your business. This dedication is mandatory for your success, but it will not help if you get burned out.
As Independence Day approaches, we encourage you to take a much needed break from your rigorous routine. Take some time for yourself to rest and relax. Get together with friends and family. Take a moment to thank and show your appreciation to those you work with that are helping you on your journey to financial freedom. In doing so, don't forget the friends and family that have probably sacrificed much to help you pursue your dreams.
Take a break this Independence Day and clear your mind. Then return more focused and dedicated than ever before. Make sure you tie up any loose ends before taking any time off, and write down a plan to help you jump back in after your break. We all truly have freedoms that most people in this world will never have. Take the time this Independence Day to reflect on those freedoms and how they have shaped who you are and the business you want to establish.

REAL ESTATE: 3 Sales Yield $110K Profit
We both agree that had we not contracted with Prosper, we would not be where we are today. Talking with you gave us the knowledge, courage, and motivation to go out and purchase our first property. The way we look at it, once we paid money to learn, we felt that we did not have the option to fail.
Our first property was put under contract, and we sold it before we could close for a profit of $23,935.00. Our second property was bought at the courthouse steps as a foreclosure for $69,001.00. After doing extensive renovations, we sold the home for a total profit of $33,696.60. Our next project was a land deal. We purchased 20 acres of beautiful rolling pasture land and sold it for a total net profit of $53,332.19.
We feel very fortunate for the success that we have had, and we would like to say to all those who are thinking about real estate investing that Prosper is the way to go!

This is a great example of the ability to profit in today's real estate market. There are many potential buyers that are waiting on the sidelines, thinking the market may continue to fall, or that there are better deals to be had if they wait.
