The earnings for the second quarter is wrapping up and overall it has been very good. The PPI and CPI inflation reports were tame and the Fed's did not raise interest rates for the first time in 18 meetings. So what does that mean? If inflation stays under control the Fed's may not raise interest rates again this year and that bodes well for a fall rally. Also, oil prices have dropped significantly and the markets are responding positively and showing signs of a rally. The third quarter earnings should be excellent which will stimulate buying to set up 2007. The place to be now is tech stocks as the feeling is they will rally as much as 30% by the end of the year. Contingent CALL trades on the SPX and OEX are paying off nicely. When the rally starts be ready with your picks to hop on for the ride.
